Permission
Measurement permission and public-name, quote, logo and case-study permissions are separate decisions.

A value-based commercial model will be published only after pilot scope, support cost and value evidence are strong enough to defend it.
MEASUREMENT STANDARD
Useful evidence is more than a before-and-after number.
Implementation: Did people actually use the intended workflow?
Reliability: Did it work under the devices, connectivity and school conditions that matter?
Workload: Did the workflow reduce avoidable duplication or time without creating hidden work elsewhere?
Educational signal: Did teachers receive better evidence for the next action?
Outcome: If a learning or institutional outcome is claimed, the method must justify the strength of that claim. Association is not automatically causation.
PRIVACY & PERMISSION
Evidence should not require exposing children.
Public claims should use the minimum data needed and should not publish raw learner records, identifiers or private school evidence. A school can permit measurement without permitting its name, logo, staff quote or learner story to be used publicly.
