Fragmentation makes that work harder: curriculum in one place, lesson planning in another, classroom activity somewhere else, evidence in books or spreadsheets, and important decisions made with only part of the picture.

HOW WE EARN TRUST
Trust is a product requirement, not a slogan.
Evidence before assumptions. Important educational claims should be traceable to evidence or clearly presented as guidance or uncertainty.
Human responsibility stays central. AI may explain, draft, organise or recommend; it is not the authority that manufactures curriculum truth, learner evidence or consequential educational decisions.
Privacy follows purpose. Access to learner information should reflect authorised role, relationship and legitimate need.
Kenyan realities matter. Ordinary Android phones, bandwidth, curriculum context and the way schools and families actually work shape the product.
WHAT WE WILL NOT BECOME
VibeSchool is not trying to win a module-count contest.
We will not define the product as a cheap generic ERP, an AI wrapper, a marks-only reporting system or a collection of disconnected school pages.
Public claims should remain demonstrable. Where a capability is still undergoing operational or pilot validation, the website should say so rather than imply maturity that has not been proven.
